You should stop smoking and quit drinking now. I know you would say that it is easier said than done. You have tried a lot of advices on how to quit those two nasty habit of yours. From chewing gum and taking medications to enrolling yourself to various rehabilitation centers but all of your efforts ended up in vain.
Let me say that I have found the best way to stop smoking. The program is really easy because all you have to do is listen each day and follow the program for seven days. I did not have to chew nicotine patches and gums nor do I have to take medications in order to quit. I successfully quit smoking on the first try. On quitting drinking, it is having a right mindset. I am now in rehabilitation center, which I am not ashamed to share, and is getting better everyday.
