There are many ghost images on the Internet and many are viewed with surprises and others with controversy.
For example, there is the infamous ghost photograph of the Back Seat Ghost. It was supposed to be an image of Mrs. Mabel Chinney’s mother, taken while visiting her grave in 1959.
Upon closer examination the dim figure appears to be a man instead of a women but it’s hard to tell, due to the fuzziness. It’s funny how the “ghost” is sitting exactly behind the driver so that we can see all of the image and we’re sure not to miss anything. You could say that was good design in the photograph.
Another well known ghostly image in question is cemetery ghost baby. This was a haunting in a Queensland cemetery in 1947. It clearly shows a baby sitting beside a grave, looking directly into the camera.
Needless to say it’s chilling. However, the explanation from a paranormal expert that it is the ghost of a child buried nearby is a little lame. Sorry, but I think we need some more evidence.
In summary, it is important to study ghost images and not to be taken in by all the hype. It’s fun for Halloween as we prepare for the holiday with our ghost costumes but can we sometimes get carried away too far?
