Chances are you suffered through the angst of acne as a teenager. It’s just a natural physiological thing – your body is changing, your hormones are on full blast, and your poor skin can’t keep up. So your acne care treatment begins by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains like brown rice, quinoa and the like. Another step is to get constant exercise. And no, walking to the bathroom between innings or at halftime does not count as exercise. You need to get yourself to do cardiovascular work four to five times a week for at least twenty minutes a day. This will strengthen your internal organs, allowing your liver and kidneys to process more junk chemicals and keeping oils off your face.
