It is tough to find a job online now
It is so easy to find a job opening on the Internet, but what really matters is whether you are able to get the offer or not.
Let’s face it, we are lazy human being and everybody seems doing the easy way to land a job. Go online, it is no-brainer.
While you have spent quite some time online searching for a job and try to get the offer, most of you will be disappointed because you are not getting anywhere. Either you don’t get any invitation for interview or you just can’t get the offer for any those openings online.
The shortcoming of online job searching
Let me ask you. What is the biggest challenge with job searching online?
You may guess it right. It is too easy to do. So one job posting usually gets 200+ applications in a good market and 500+ or even 1,000 applications in a tough job market. Guess what, when the competition is tough, you are not sure what is going to happen, really.
If I were you, I would rather focus on my time and energy on less competitive segment to find the job. I don’t mind the competition but I still don’t want to deal with it.
Focusing on finding unadvertised job opportunities in your area.
