Some say weight loss is not fun. I have to disagree. It is a fact that you need to diet. The big problem with counting calories is that it can be a pain to just remember to count. I am not very into losing the weight so when I get hungry all I want is some food and I get it from the closest fast food joint.
Last month I have found a super neat game called the calorie king game, which is a lot fun. The object is to knock the bad hi cal food which descends down on you. As you blast the food, other food is knocked lose. You are to catch the good food and avoid the bad food as it will make you fatter.
The best thing about it is, as you are at a fast food place deciding what fast food to order, the game comes to mind and you are actually thinking what you may be buying is something you should not be catching.
