The Rocker Switch is designed for use in the enclosed cabs of today’s trucks, providing the vehicle operator with easily recognizable and simple-to-operate controls. Features include an endurance of 250,000 cycles minimum, abbreviated travel 0.5-throw actuators, illumination in up to three detent Rocker Switch positions, and a nonteasable snap-action circuit.
Rotary DIP Switch provide an inexpensive way to select options on a hardware device, and many are still in use. However, programmable chips have replaced most Rotary DIP Switch. Instead of opening the case, pulling the board and figuring out which Rotary DIP Switch to flip, settings are changed using a software control panel.
