The Internet is a great place to learn about new branding strategies. I was doing some research a few weeks ago, and I came upon something called scent marketing. Many businesses develop a unique brand fragrance that they use to keep customers coming back. We have a jewelry shop in a small town, and I’ve decided to try a scent machine, so that we can see how effective it will be.
I think this is something we’ll have to try for a while before we know how well it works. I’ve heard from some people that the results are instantaneous, but that seems unlikely to me. I think it will be quite difficult to come up with a brand fragrance for a jewelry shop. We’ve relied too long on old-fashioned methods like newspaper ads and flyers. Now we’re finally using the cutting edge branding strategies that have been available for years. I can’t wait to get started shopping for a scent machine to use in our place of business.
